Example: Card manipulation

The following examples illustrate how you can manipulate cards on the table, so you can play more cards from your hand.

Example 1:

Suppose the table contains the following meld:

7777

And your hand contains 68 .

Then you can take the 7 from the set on the table, and combine it with your two cards. Then afterwards the table looks like this:

777
678
Example 2:

Now, suppose the table contains these melds:

5678
2345678

And your hand contains 5 .

Here you can take a 5 from both runs, and combine it with the 5 in your hand, with the following result:

678
234   678
555
Example 3:

Suppose the table contains:

666
666
345

And your hand contains 78

If you split up the topmost set, you can add the 6 to the second set, add the 6 to the red run, and combine the 6 with both cards in your hand. This results in the following table:
